Dixon Directional Drilling – Premium Mud Motors, MWD Tools & Downhole Solutions

Designed In-House

Dixon builds high-performance tools tailored to operators' needs without compromise.

MWD Tools

We build our MWD tool to suit the Operator’s environment without constraints. If it fails, we'll redesign to enhance its operational efficiency for any condition encountered.

Muleshoe Sleeve

This proprietary design comes directly from Dixon's in-house Engineering Lab to overcome challenges seen with standard Muleshoe sleeves.

Poppet and Orifice

Our custom orifice and poppet tip creates larger, cleaner pulses while maintaining a higher TFA than standard configurations.

Pulser

Dixon's in-house designed MWD Pulser is built to provide an efficient pulse at the fastest data rates possible.

Snubber

Our proprietary snubber is engineered to reduce shock and vibration from the drilling environment, protecting the tool. It’s designed to ensure the tool maintains internal orientation without fail.

Mud Motors

Dixon’s Motors were engineered from the ground up to eliminate every known issue plaguing commercially available mud motors. After four years of exhaustive research, we achieved a 100% success rate and a 44% improvement in trackability compared to the industry average.

Thrust and Radial Bearings

Designed for heavy WOB and sideload in high-bend and RSS applications. Handles up to 30% higher loads than leading competitors.

TEREBRO

Purpose-Built Drilling Operations Portal for real-time monitoring, single source of truth, multi-well comparison, and performance maximization.

Directional Drilling Services

Full-service directional drilling with in-house servicing, engineering lab, real-time RSS communications, and pre/post run checks. Customizable to your needs.
